BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The services provided and the respective responsibilities and liabilities are outlined and governed by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The online submission of the booking request form or via email shall be deemed to constitute the acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions and Payment Methods by the Client and shall be an undertaking that he has the authority to act for and on behalf of the persons named on the Booking Request Form for the travel and tour services. For purpose of the Booking Terms and Conditions, "Client" hereby referred to the named persons in the Booking Request Form including any travelling companies.

All general and collateral agreements or special requests of the client must be recorded in a written form and are deemed to be officially agreed upon only after their being included in the booking confirmation and client invoice.

MODES OF PAYMENT

The tour prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

  • Payment via bank-in/telegraphic transfer to our Malaysian bank account in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

We accept payment by cash, cheques and interbank funds transfer (all administrative bank charges to be borne by client). Please bank-in or TT to our appointed company bank account(s) and fax/email us the bank-in (TT) slip for our reference.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS

The management & resort operators reserve the rights to alter any itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.

The management & resort operators accept no liabilities for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other service management and connot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited automatically.

Upon confirmation of booking, deposit of 50% of total fare is required. (RM300/pax for Koh Lipe trip). Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and release if booking without prior notice. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Full payment is required for purchase of airfares, speedboat / ferry tickets, van / coach rental, theme park / entrance tickets, travel insurances and hotel booking.

Full payment is required before 4 weeks of departure date.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation is non-refundable in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit or refund for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services including but not limited to transfer, meals & accommodation, sightseeing or any services that are not utilized.

In the event that there is a refund is required, the refund will be credited back to you in the same method as your payment. Please note that refunds will take up to 14-28 working days to process.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

MLS Holidays will endeavour to meet your special requests on meals, dietary requirements, private heated or adjoining rooms, coach seating arrangements and so on, please inform the reservation department during booking. However, such requests are strictly subject to confirmation and availability.

CONFIDENTIALITY

MLS Holidays will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information on the Client. The company will limit collection and use of the client's personal particulars / information to the minimum and for the sole purpose of completing the transaction as well as facilitating the smooth delivery of services. Every efforts shall be made to ensure the integrity of the client;s personal particulars and confidential information entrusted to the company are not compromised. MLS Holidays also undertakes not to divulge the client's personal information to any unauthorized third party without prior written consent.
